Annual General Meeting - May 4th, 2025

The 2024-25 hockey season is officially closed.  We would like to thank our membership for their commitment to hockey and TAMHA this 2024-25 season.  In preparation for the 2025-26 season, we would like to invite our Members to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) being held virtually on Zoom. At this meeting we will cover new by-law changes to be voted on by the membership which brings significant changes to the structure of TAMHA's executive.  Should the vote pass, we will move to the election of the 2025-26 Board of Directors.  Also to be covered will be our year end financials, changes to the U13AAA selection process, and the reports of the directors.  We encourage members to attend as the AGM directly affects the rollout of next season's programming and initiatives.  See below for AGM details:

TAMHA By-law change proposals for voting action by the membership:

The following by-law changes are being proposed to provide consistent support in developing TAMHA programs. Both the Recreational and Competitive levels deserve consistent and effective leadership.

The current Executive structure often results in a reactive approach.  Keeping in line with other associations of similar or larger size, the proposed structure promotes a proactive approach to enhancing the association and building better programs for members.

This will result in significant changes to the executive by having one additional executive position and changing the names, duties and responsibilities of all the others.

Other changes include the updating some of current board position names to “Director” in order to fall in line with the entirety of our by-laws which currently refers to board members as Directors.  Click the link below to review the 2025 by-law changes.
